Who we are
Fronvia (“we”) is operated by Ai4biz, 8903 Glades Rd, Ste A8 #18, Boca Raton, FL 33434, USA. We provide AI assistants for websites, email and browser voice to local businesses. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Details you submit on our forms (name, business, website, email, phone, message). Public information on business websites, which we use to build free demos. If you become a client: the content you approve for your assistant, conversations with your customers, booking requests and the data needed to bill you.
Free demos
A demo is built automatically from the public pages of a business website. It is private (not indexed by search engines), clearly labelled as a demo, and deleted automatically after 14 days. The business can delete it at any time with the “Delete this demo” link, and we will not contact it again.
How we use data
To answer requests, build demos, run the service you ordered, send service and billing messages, and improve answer quality. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Processors
We use service providers to run the product: Cloudflare (hosting), Retell AI and its model providers (conversations and voice), Brevo (email), FormSubmit (form delivery) and Lemon Squeezy (card payments) and NOWPayments (crypto payments). They process data only to provide their service. Some are located outside your country, including in the United States.
Retention
Demo content: 14 days. Form submissions: up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them. Client conversations: 90 days by default, or as agreed with the client.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop any contact from us. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
AI disclosure
Fronvia assistants are artificial intelligence. They tell people at the start that they are virtual assistants, they answer only from content the business has published or approved, and they pass anything else to the business.
